Scientists have predicted that a meteorite will hit the Earth on Valentine’s Day in 2046. According to India Times, this meteorite has been named ‘2023DW’, which is 50 meters in diameter. This meteor completes one cycle around the Sun in 271 days.

This meteorite is 2,943,701 kilometers away from the earth and is traveling in its orbit at a speed of 88,632 kilometers per hour. NASA experts claim that this meteorite will hit the earth on Valentine’s Day 2046. It is unlikely.

Although the risk of this meteorite hitting Earth is said to be very low, NASA scientists are still keeping an eye on it. European Space Agency scientists say that the probability of the 2023 DW hitting Earth is 1 in 607.
