DHA collaborates with a UAE-based developer in a landmark MOU, ushering in the construction of luxury golf view villas within the prestigious DHA City Karachi community.
Dubai Royal Family member Sheikh Ahmed Dalmook Al Maktoum’s office has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Defence Housing Association (DHA) Karachi to construct ultra-luxurious golf view villas adjacent to the newly established golf course in DHA City Karachi.
The agreement was signed during a ceremony attended by Sheikh Ahmed Dalmook Al Maktoum, President of DHA, and business partner Fakhr-e-Alam. The project will be carried out by AMWAJ Developers from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) on the internationally acclaimed Nick Faldo Golf Course in DHA City Karachi.
The MOU emphasizes the commitment to providing state-of-the-art, ultra-luxury villas adhering to the highest international standards, according to a press release.
AMWAJ Developers will collaborate with DHA City Karachi to ensure that the development meets the highest international standards on the world-famous Nick Faldo Golf Course.
Sheikh Ahmed Dalmook Al Maktoum’s office, with experience in completing various international commercial and infrastructure projects globally, is eager to expand investments in Pakistan and attract foreign direct investment.
The office is also involved in other projects in Pakistan, such as developing high-end luxury apartments in partnership with DHA Lahore, spanning an area of 50 Kanals in Sector K of Phase 5, DHA Lahore.
In the energy sector, the office is developing a 1,100 MW Green Hydrogen project through its London-based (AIM listed) company, Oracle Energy. Additionally, in the health sector, the office is collaborating with the Ministry of Health (MOH) to develop first-of-its-kind plasma products in Pakistan.
The strategic partnership between DHA City Karachi and Sheikh Ahmed Dalmook Al Maktoum’s office aims to strengthen the existing bilateral relationship between the two countries further. This partnership will also drive economic growth, create more jobs, and boost the real estate sector, particularly in DHA City Karachi.
