In my view, selling gifts is an unethical act. Imran Khan sold gifts outside the country, and did not declare the money coming from abroad.
He said that during the period of Imran Khan, it was decided that gifts can be bought at 50% price, the current government decided that gifts can be bought from Tosha Khana only at 100% price.
